China - Dalai Lama Talks Headed Nowhere

To save any disruptions of its best show, the Beijing Olympics, China has dangled a carrot of holding talks with the Tibetan leader Dalai Lama.
However, creating all kinds of hurdles as well as making all kinds of acquisitions including Dalai Lama having links with Al Qaida, the talks that have barely begun seem headed nowhere.
The Tibetan issue will only face more brutality as the Olympic games get out of the way
